Once upon a time there was a tiny tropical island, an emerald drop of paradise wrapped in soft white sands, surrounded by a vibrant coral reef, lapped by warm turquoise waters and hidden in the heart of a UNESCO biosphere reserve. Milaidhoo is that island, opening in November 2016.
Experience
Milaidhoo are currently looking for :
- Head Butler
- Looking for a super star with luxury hotel experiences, butler background (essential)
- FO background preferred; in remote locations
- Island Hosts (multilingual: Russian/German/French/ Japanese)
- Luxury experience, remote location and need to have additional language such as Russian, German, French, Japanese
- Dynamic, energetic, flexible, willing to go the extra mile
- Villa Attendant
- Looking for efficient, hard workers who ready to work long hours; preferably with opening experience but not essential
- Team player
- Preference for Maldivians (due to Nationalization quota)
- Housekeeping clerk

- Luxury 5 star Resort experience

- Computer literate including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Certification with HACCAP and food safe courses

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage operations
- Proven barista course completion

- Head Spa Therapist/Trainer/Receptionist
- Luxury hotel and 5 star experience
- Required to be ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO certified
- Has anatomy, aesthetics and physiology background
- Preferably in a team leader or supervisory role
- Good communications skills (especially English)
- Well groomed, energetic, ability to solve problems and customer centric
- Spa Therapists
- At least 2 years of 5 star property experience
- Pre-opening experience would be preferred
- Island experience especially in Maldives will be of advantage
- Well groomed, energetic and exceptional customer service skills
- Paramedic
- Qualified in Nursing or Paramedics with approved educational certificates
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience within 5 star branded resort/hotel on the same capacity
- Ability to speak, write and converse advanced level of English – Essential
- Ability to deal with different nationalities and guests
- Good computer skills and administration
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Maldives experience preferred
- Purchasing/Storekeeper
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role, preferably in pre-opening phase
- Must be proficient in English in writing speaking and negotiating.
- Must be proactive and enjoy the tasks as per listed below.
- Product knowledge of items used in hospitality industry and various brands.
- Knowledge about Manual handling, Food Safety and HACCP practices.
