  • Luxury 5 star Resort experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Bars
  • Wine or mixology certification or courses
  • Great communication skills in English

• Chief Steward
  • Luxury 5 star resort experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Similar role
  • Inventory control competency
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Certification with HACCAP and food safe courses

• Sous Chef for fine dining
  • Luxury 5 star resort experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Similar role
  • Currently working in Signature restaurant environment
  • Ordering and inventory control competency
  • Able to input Creative ideas to menu compilation
  • Ability to interact with guests creating unique creative culinary experiences

• Restaurant manager
  • Luxury 5 star resort experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Similar role
  • Exposure to different cuisine concepts
  • Training and scheduling competency
  • Sound knowledge of wine
  • Strong leadership skill sets
  • Ordering and inventory controls exposure
  • Micros systems competent

• Bar supervisor
  • Luxury 5 star Resort experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Bars
  • Inventory control competency
  • Wine or mixology certification or courses
  • Great communication skills in English

• Barista
  • Luxury 5 star Resort experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage operations
  • Proven barista course completion
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great communication skills in English

• Head Spa Therapist/Trainer/Receptionist
  • Luxury hotel and 5 star experience
  • Required to be ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO certified
  • Has anatomy, aesthetics and physiology background
  • Preferably in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Good communications skills (especially English)
  • Well groomed, energetic, ability to solve problems and customer centric

• Spa Therapists
  • At least 2 years of 5 star property experience
  • Pre-opening experience would be preferred
  • Island experience especially in Maldives will be of advantage
  • Well groomed, energetic and exceptional customer service skills
• Paramedic
  • Qualified in Nursing or Paramedics with approved educational certificates
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience within 5 star branded resort/hotel on the same capacity
  • Ability to speak, write and converse advanced level of English – Essential
  • Ability to deal with different nationalities and guests
  • Good computer skills and administration
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Maldives experience preferred

• Purchasing/Storekeeper
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role, preferably  in pre-opening phase
  • Must be proficient in English in writing speaking and negotiating.
  • Must be proactive and enjoy the tasks as per listed below.
  • Product knowledge of items used in hospitality industry and various brands.
  • Knowledge about Manual handling, Food Safety and HACCP practices.
