Kihaa Maldives, with its stunning lagoon and flourishing coral house reef, is among the Maldives’ most visually appealing islands. One of the greatest places to see the incredible manta ray is Hanifaru Bay, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Kihaa Maldives, located in the Baa Atoll, is a picture-perfect island known for its stunning lagoon and coral reef. The beautiful Hanifaru Bay, a designated World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is not far from the resort. It is common knowledge that manta rays and whale sharks use a specific tunnel for their migration. Consequently, prior to organising an expedition, it is important to learn when the best times are to see whale sharks and manta rays. The information was collected by local marine biologists.
